Lambs To Lions
Ages 4-7
Let's get them started early! The youngsters want on the mats as well and we have a class for them! Children will warm up in our daily obstacle course and then participate in a series of tasked based games with our coaches and their parents. This course will build a foundation of skills for mobility, balance, and awareness, as well as some beginner techniques.
This class is 30 minutes.
